Wayfair drops plans for $133M North Houston fulfillment center
Boston-based online furniture retailer Wayfair has scrapped plans to occupy 1.2 million square-foot fulfillment center in North Houston.
Online furniture retailer Wayfair has dropped plans to open a $133 million distribution center in Houston, despite efforts from the city to provide tax incentives for the project that would have created 400 jobs.
The online furniture company confirmed it’s scrapping plans to operate a 1.2 million-square-foot fulfillment center in North Houston “due to a change in our business.”
